Desterhan brings the flavours of Uzbekistan to Baghdad. Our plov is cooked the traditional way with basmati rice, tender lamb, red carrots and garlic. Our manti are steamed and served with fresh yogurt, our samsa come hot from a special oven, and our cakes, from honey Medovik to Napoleon, round off the meal.

The name comes from the dastarkhan, the Central Asian table where guests are welcomed with bread, tea and plenty of food. That is the table we set for you.
