What is plov?
Plov is Uzbekistan’s national dish: basmati rice cooked the traditional way with tender lamb, red carrots and garlic. We serve it with a fresh tomato and onion salad.
What are manti?
Uzbek dumplings filled with seasoned minced meat. Choose steamed manti (5 pieces, with fresh yogurt and herbs) or boiled manti (10 pieces, with fresh yogurt).
What is samsa?
A flaky, layered pastry filled with seasoned minced meat and baked in a special oven. We serve it hot with fresh tomato sauce.
Do you have vegetarian options?
Yes: carrot salad, tomato salad, the traditional tomato, cucumber and onion salad, fried cheese pastries, and all of our cakes and desserts.
